Terrible experience with Dr. Paullus Jr, and with the staff at Southwest Neuroscience. May 2020, new location, I wanted to see the new MRI images of what we are "watching". I was led out into the hall, where he pulled up the images on a computer 10 feet away from the next patient getting their stats and I'm listening to all his prescriptions. Dont even know where to begin. I was in so much pain and didnt know where life was going to take me bit with the incredible team at southwest and Dr. Gentrys amazing talent I made it through an incredible surgery and now on the road to recovery. No words could ever mean enough to show how thankful I am for everyone apart of yalls team. It can be done. As I left the Southwest Neuroscience and Spine Center yesterday, I was amazed at the effeciency of their office and staff. I was in and out of there in one and a half hours. For real. I did not wait more than 10 minutes to start the process of being weighed and have bp taken, then taken to a room where I saw the PA immediately. The hole staff & people that work there are the greatest, Dr Gentry is a GREAT & CARING DR, He listen to his patience & works with them & understand's them, Very great place & people!!
Dr Gentry is very caring about his patients and will to do what need to help them get relief from you problem. His nurse and Dr. Assistant are always there to answer your call or question. A very good and professional group of people to be a part of.
