I recently had my first need to utilize the services at Southwest international fort worth. I took my truck in 12 days ago to get estimates from service department as well as paint and body. After 7 days and numerous attempts, I finally received the estimate from service. Now five days later, im still waiting on paint and body estimate. None of the estimates were extremely difficult. At this rate it would be Xmas before repairs were made. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with southwest international Fort worth.
