Friendly, professional, gentle, efficient, on time. Too many email reminders are annoying to me since I can keep an appointment. A one week telephone or email reminder would be sufficient.
My experience with the staff at Dr. Nakata's practice has always been excellent. I have never had an issue with them. They are always willing to work with you and in fact I decided to change my dental health insurance in order to be able to keep going there.
Everyone at Dr. Nakata's is great. I was there a few hours today but it went fast. Looking forward to my veneers. Tirzah mentioned putting her name here to enter the drawing.
If you want a dentist and assistant who watch out for you over the long term, and who you can trust to perform quality work, this is where you'll land. I've traveled and lived far and wide, and still keep finding my way back, because I know they care and have my best interest at heart.
Highly recommend Dr. Nakata and her staff! NO heavy handed hygienists, they are awesome!!

I believe I am receiving excellent dental and peridontal care from Dr. Nakata and her staff. I enjoy their company as well as their competence. One concern: I do not know clearly what the next steps are in my care and the costs associated with each proceedure.
