As usual,had excellent service. Have been going to Dr. Nakata for over 28 years, and I trust in her expertise and that of her staff. I would recommend her to anyone.
Cyndie did her usual thorough job, was charming as always. Dr Nakata gave me a clean bill of health. I wouldn't keep coming back if I was not happy with the care.
Very skilled staff, always friendly and willing to work with my schedule. I am long time patient who has always been pleased with my doctors expertise, advice and results. Would recommend to friends.
Gail and her staff are attentive and professional. I appreciate their patience, as going to the dentist is difficult for me and good humor.
I really love my dentist Gail and her dental assistant Honour. They're so awesome and make you feel very comfortable. I pretty much sit in the chair and they go to work, it's basically like I'm sleeping. If you have a fear of the dentist go to Nakata's office, they know what they're doing, and do a great job. My teeth are looking gooooooooood.
It's not something most people look forward to - going to the dentist - , but Dr. Nakata and her staff are very caring and professional. They are very informative about what is happening inside your mouth and are very thorough when explaining options and costs. Also the appointment notification reminder system online and text is great. Very easy and streamlined, not to mention convenient. And THEY'RE NICE!
I was very impressed with the professionalism and the manner in which I was kept informed and was able to participate in the treatment plan. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome as a new patient. Thank you.
