Southwest Fireplace is Hopefully going to Help us... We are interested in a flat black glass fire place double door with vents on the bottom... The measurements are 42 wide x 27 high... Help problem with fireplace installed 1/15/19 now 1/23/19
Needed gas fireplace serviced -- not working consistently. Once we were able to get an appointment, the person was on-time, professional and did a great job getting our fireplace working consistently and we have had no issues since the repair/maintenance to the appliance.
Very great people to work with. I highly recommend them,and would do business with them again.
We were very pleased from the service we received from Southwest Fireplace. Roy Burger was very professional and did an excellent job of repairing and making our fireplace work â?? even more beauiful as the first day it was installed. He shared expert advice on how to maintain and extend the life of our fireplace.
We had Southwest Fireplace out to our home 6/10. The installer (Tomas) did a great job. He was very personable, professional, helpful and cleaned up nicely.

Southwest Fireplace was extremely helpful when I was having issues with the fireplace that was in our house when we bought it. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them.
