Needed gas fireplace serviced -- not working consistently. Once we were able to get an appointment, the person was on-time, professional and did a great job getting our fireplace working consistently and we have had no issues since the repair/maintenance to the appliance.
Very great people to work with. I highly recommend them,and would do business with them again.
We were very pleased from the service we received from Southwest Fireplace. Roy Burger was very professional and did an excellent job of repairing and making our fireplace work â?? even more beauiful as the first day it was installed. He shared expert advice on how to maintain and extend the life of our fireplace.

Southwest Fireplace was extremely helpful when I was having issues with the fireplace that was in our house when we bought it. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them.
My gas fireplace stopped working. It hadn't been tuned up for a number of years and SW Fireplace suggested a $308 service package that included cleaning, necessary adjustments, and labor to replace any defective parts. Roy, the tech, showed up at the beginning of the 3-hour appointment window I was given and replaced the defective gas valve and a weak pilot light assembly. He cleaned all the glass and the unit works and looks great. I highly recommend SW Fireplace.
They installed a new set of gas fireplace logs, they were on time very clean and done in no time we were very happy
