Nervous beyond belief, blood pressure rising, it was time to face my worst fear.. THE DENTIST! I was given the name of DDS Anthony Ching by a friend and it turned out to be the best advice I've ever received to date! Upon visiting the office, I was greeted with such a warm and welcoming staff that I started to feel at ease immediately. DDS Ching was completely professional (but not stiff in personality!), thorough and was able to offer me words of hope and encouragemen...

Paperwork for insurance submission is a mess. Untrustworthy staff - be sure they give you correct change. The staff routinely short changed my elderly parents - My parents rarely received a fair accounting. Twenty dollars here and there adds up. Too bad, I used to respect Dr. Ching's practice. Also, they don't accept popular insurance, United Concordia. Bleh!
