Bad experience with dentures. Rescheduled twice in the beginning. They forgot to put in the order and then ordered the wrong ones. Then when I did get them. They didn't fit right. When I went to have them adjusted I had to pay for like 50.00. I am very unhappy. The teeth are so small. I have to use adhesive daily.
Very Friendly like always. SInce i'm already an establish patient. But the wait time in the waiting room could be better. But otherwise very happy with the office.

I went to the office in Laveen, which by the way was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Dr. Sesta was a very nice doctor and Melissa the office manager was very professional and took time with me to show me what I needed and answered all my questions/concerns!!!
I am happy with the services I received from this facility. Staff like Melissa and Ariel are so helpful. I definitely refer them to my fam I lies and friends.

I came in thinking I was getting my teeth cleaned- because that's what I scheduled the appointment for alone with x rays. The x rays took 45 minutes. The young man who did them nearly choked me trying to get the piece in my mouth. He seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Then they told me I had a $50 deductible, plus some other charge to clean my teeth, totaling $115. In my 8 years with my insurance carrier I have never paid out of pocket for a cleaning or x rays. I had a wonderful experience. I didn't have to wait to long and the hygienist and the doctor were very helpful.
All of the people are friendly, professional, and accommodating. They are what makes Southwest Dental have a great smile.
