Just got home from my monthly treat at Southwest Day Spa! I have been a client for 10 years and absolutely love this place! First, it is owned by a woman Levina who is my spa clinician. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely concerned about me as a person and my overall health. Best pedicure I have ever had, wonderful manicure, and does great waxing for unwanted hair. I've been a client since this spa opened. I love it. All of the technicians are top notch. The facility is well maintained and impeccably clean.
I want to write that I had a wonderful massage with Alie at the spa. The people are so very friendly and treat you like you're a guest in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The massage was very nice and I will certainly return!

This review is well over due! While living in Boston for two years I visited Southwest day spa about 1-2 times a month for my waxing and laser services. Levina is truly so sweet & listens to customers. I had great waxing experiences and the laser truly minimized my scars over time. Great prices for great services! I miss them!
I've had services here for at least 5 years or so and I can't say enough good things about it. Every service has been completed with great attention to detail. It's a very relaxing place with a truly personal feel. I like that it's small and I have been able to form a relationship with the owner and several of the techs there. For any young girls who are looking to get their ears pierced, this is your place! There's a cute selection of stud earrings and the staff was very efficient. I love that two technicians each take an ear and they pierce them at the same time. Easy and quick!
The masseuse Emilia is caring, nurturing, & very great with me. She's very attentive. I still think it went well even with a little mishap. Why? It was my fault. Not hers. I should've taken off my studs. My ears was never yanked. She consoled & reassured me, but I was fine. She's very into details. Saw a bruised on my leg, and asked if she might hurt me during the massage. I don't know why, but I felt like she was a nuturing mother. I loved that feeling. Thanks Emilia.
