Had a great experience getting a mani/pedi! Very relaxing and soothing environment, nice massage, liked the results of my nail color. Had a massage here a couple years ago which was the best massage I'd ever had... will definitely return
I have had a few laser treatments and this was by far the most comfortable. I had laser treatment to remove veins on my face. Levina explained everything that was happening so no anxiety. Because she had the most up to date equipment it was not painful. Will definitely be back. TY

Being new to the area, I stumbled upon this place by accident, and I am glad I did. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff and a clean, calming ambiance. I got a Shellac manicure for a very reasonable price and it did last as long as they had promised. I'd recommend the Southwest Day Spa to any of my friends.

i have been coming to southwest day spa since i moved to boston three yrs ago. Without exception, every visit is a great experience with professionals, knowledge and kind technicians.
Relaxed, clean and intimate spa setting. I requested the Tranquility package (reflexology and Swedish massage). The staff were happy to help upgrade this to a deep tissue massage and the masseuse was really great. Will definitely pop back in for another massage and try the mani/pedi stations too.
Upon walking in to Southwest, I was immediately greeted and welcomed into the establishment with a smile and an offer for refreshments. Most places, I find, have you sit around uncomfortably while you wait for your appointment, but here, they placed me in a very plush and warm waiting room. When it came time for my massage, I was put in a peaceful and private room.
