Amazing Results! Microdermabrasion and Waxing – I've been going to Southwest Day Spa for the past two years to get my Brazilian wax done. Levina treats me wonderfully everytime and consistently makes me feel relaxed during what could be an uncomfortable situation. The wax is quick, clean, and done with relatively little pain. Great Massage! – I was visiting a friend in Boston and we decided we would take a day to pamper ourselves. My friend lives next to Kenmore Square and we didn't want to go too far so we we found SouthWest online and booked appointments for the end of the week. I could've stayed all day – Went here for a valentines day couples massage - the place was busy, but we were welcomed right in by the friendly ladies at the desk and brought to our room. I felt like a new lady after Martas handywork. Neither of us has had a massage before, but Mily and Marta made us feel comfortable and explained everything. Southwest Day Spa – I have been going to Southwest Day spa for facials for over two years now and the results are astonishing. When I first went I had built up, clogged and oily skin...after jsut two facials my skin was looking better, smoother, clearer and radiant!! Relaxing atmosphere – On a recent trip to Boston, I treated my two daughters and myself to a spa day at Southwest Day Spa . Since I live in another state, I chose this spa sight unseen from the testimonials. All three of us had massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, and we left there feeling relaxed and pampered. If you?re looking for a relaxing experience in a tranquil atmosphere, this is a good place.
Gift Certificate – I bought my girlfriend a gift certificate from this spa for her birthday. I am unfamiliar with spa services and the staff at southwest was extremely helpful. They walked me through a number of different services so I had a good understanding of what I was getting for her. The spa looked very clean and very comfortable, I'm sure she is going to love it.
Love this Spa!!! – I came in yesterday for a wax and I have to say that it was the best wax I ever got!!! The location is gorgeous. The girl who performed the wax was so nice (and patient with me!) and did an excellent job. She used two different kinds of wax. She explained that the hard wax was better for sensitive areas, and it was so much better than the regular strip wax that I have had in the past! Poor expience at this spa – We had a bad experience at this spa. We had a group scheduled for a wedding where we were each getting either our nails or our nails and toes done. The ladies seemed to rush through the services and the manicures were poorly done. The bride's nails were not done as requested (french manicure was requested and they painted them solid white). When asked to take off the polish and re-do the nails, we were told that she would be charged for a polish change in addition to the nails. They ended up not c... read more

We wish to clarify however, that your group opted for the mini manicures and mini pedicure service which are a half hour long each and not as involved as the spa manicure and pedicure. Best place for a bikini wax! – I've been going to Southwest Day Spa for over a year. Even though I've moved from Brookline to JP, I still make the commute (by public transportation!) Lavina and the rest of the ladies there are definitely worth it. Everyone is very welcoming, and the atmosphere is very cozy.
