Manuela did an awesome job with my pedicure and Amanda did great with my manicure. It's a relaxing spa experience
Roquel was incredible!!! Got my nails and toes done and it was the best mani pedi I have ever had! She was so sweet and helped me choose my colors which I enjoyed because I'm very indecisive. She made me and my friend feel at home and talked to us occasionally! It was a very friendly cute place that is really good at what they do! AND THEY HAVE A STUDENT DISCOUNT!!! :) will definitely go back to see Raquel cannot wait!!!!
Just had a wonderful shellac manicure with Manuella. She did an excellent job, my nails came out perfect! The atmosphere is so warm and relaxing, the staff is cheery and so welcoming. I enjoyed the experience so much, and I definitely plan on going back!

Took a friend there for her Birthday and had massages-facials, mani - pedi s. The massage with Fabilia was Fabuloso!! Mani pedi was also wonderful
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT!!! It does not work. I went through the process, taking pictures at home before and after each procedure. The results lasted for about 3-4 days, that's why they want you to do them so close together. After all the procedures were done, I compared all my pictures to each other and there was not one difference. All that money down the drain.
WORST MASSAGE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Hello! I am sorry to be negative, but my biyfriend and I visited your spa for the first time on 12/4/11 at 4:45PM for "deep tissue couples massages." We confirmed with the staff that our massages were to be "deep tissue." This was clearly not the case during the massage. We asked the massage therapists to put MORE pressure on us as we are both athletes and our jobs are extremely taxing on our bodies. Wonderful massages! – I have back and hip pain pretty often and have gotten massages at a variety of places around Boston, and I must say Southwest day Spa has really stood out in making me feel better. In particular, after half a dozen massages with Mia I can sincerely say she was way ahead of my orthopedist and podiatrist in recognizing and pointing out some of the sources of my muscle aches and in alleviating them.
