Horribly organized and terrible negotiators for used vehicles that are not in great shape. I made a test drive appointment and when I arrived they told me the salesperson I had made the meeting had other customers so I had to go with someone else after waiting an hour. Therefore, test drove the vehicle without getting much detail because the new guy did not know much about the vehicle. Posted misleading information on their Cargurus posting, (inaccurate kbb value, wrong number of owners). When I tried negotiating the general manager told me I was being “petty”. Ended up cancelling the deal because of this dealerships shady practices.

Very communicative. Took pictures and videos for me since I lived 1-1/2 hours away. Described the vehicle well but overlooked some areas of rust that I didn’t like. Bought anyway. They are great to work with.
