I'm giving you the four star the prices are a little higher than average but also they're not very prompt at getting back to you when you initially submit anything cuz they'll contact you and then you contact them back and you don't hear back from them for sometimes days until you call

This place was not honest and upfront. I took a long road trip to get a vehicle that was gross. I asked before I came if there was anything wrong with it and Sunny said there wasn't. That was incorrect. The car had a horrible smell. I think this place is selling cars that have been submerged in water and molding. Many of the cars had a bad smell and were overpriced. Would not recommend or purchased from this place again. They do NOT have the best deals in the country.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to get me in and out with my new vehicle fast.

I reached out over the weekend about this vehicle. Asked for best price out the door. They messaged me this morning an undulating high price. After questioning it, they told me it was for a paint 3 year warranty. I feel that I asked for best price and was pitched added on fees. This dealership or sales guy Jason- does not have any integrity. Could of been an easy sale but see Jason can’t follow simple directions either. Buying a vehicle should be easy. Show up with a check and drive home.
Bad experience!!! I set up the appointment to look at a vehicle and after driving more than an hour the lady who I set the appointment with was not there and the vehicle was not available to show. Very dissatisfied!!!
They replied quickly to my inquiry but didn’t have the information on the two accidents that the listing showed.

Sunny and Dylan were very nice to work with but we couldn’t complete a deal. Trade in was too poor. Thanks for your assistance with the sale of the truck. Our check was dated the 20th of January so we cashed it on the 20th but the driver to pick it up could not make it on the 20th so we had to wait until the 21st for him to pick up the truck so the funds were not there and our bank returned the check causing a real problem for us. So Inyo Lu giving a 4 star rating.
