Sunny and Dylan were very nice to work with but we couldn’t complete a deal. Trade in was too poor. Thanks for your assistance with the sale of the truck. Our check was dated the 20th of January so we cashed it on the 20th but the driver to pick it up could not make it on the 20th so we had to wait until the 21st for him to pick up the truck so the funds were not there and our bank returned the check causing a real problem for us. So Inyo Lu giving a 4 star rating.
Very helpful on the phone and by email. They were quite a distance from me so I never went there in person.
The dealer gave a fast response and has been faithful with follow up inquieries.
I was basically the backup guy on this vehicle was originally told it sold from one sales person than had another salesman email me to tell me it was still available was going to drive 40 miles the next day to see it he told me he would call me in the morning to let me know if it was available never received a call so called them an hour after I was suppose to be there just to be told they sold it. I will never do business with this shady dealership!!
