Southwest Auto contacted me quickly after requesting info. Set up appointment to see car on Saturday. Had numerous calls, emails and text messages from Southwest verifying my appointment the following day. Even had an additional call from Southwest verifying my appointment as I was driving to the dealership. I verified my appointment multiple times with dealership.
