Southwest Auto contacted me quickly after requesting info. Set up appointment to see car on Saturday. Had numerous calls, emails and text messages from Southwest verifying my appointment the following day. Even had an additional call from Southwest verifying my appointment as I was driving to the dealership. I verified my appointment multiple times with dealership. easy process at the dealer, they were ready for me when I arrived and let me test drive without the salesman. Car was a good buy. Vehicle had a excellent service history. The dealer had to do an extra oil change due to a leaky oil plug gasket, which caused the car to leak. Would have given 5 stars if they would have filled the tank, and if there would not have been the oil change issue.
