Called to order a pizza for my sons birthday and it was answered by Dylan. After a lot of awkward long pauses he tells me my total and hung up before I was able to ask how long it would take... uh okay well they must be busy I thought. After waiting 40 minutes, my bf went in to pick it up only to be told it would be another 5 minutes. He comes out to tell me so I park my car and head in to wait.
