Horrible Customer Service Great office service, it's after you leave and trying to get test results is HORRIBLE! The nurse is very unknowledgeable, and will not call you back, and acts like she is irritated when you ask questions. I was put off for 2 weeks for suspected melanoma results, and was asked when I demanded results, "Oh you didn't get the letter in the mail?" Very unprofessional! Will never go back!!!
