Beware they are selling “Manufactured required vehicles” aka Lemons for the same price as non lemons. These cars should be sold 20-40% less than KBB value. These cars were repurchased from the original owner because GM could not fix them.
Had my C5 Corvette in for some service and the service advisor Tim did a great job. Kept me up dated. Took care of my Vette while there and assisted in helping out with invoice too Highly recommend Tim and Southtowne
I have never experienced awful customer service like I have today. I found a car online that I was interested in. I have my financing all ready to go. So, being a cash purchase, this should be easy. Six hours later and I am still waiting for a manager to break away from his busy schedule to speak with me to explain the difference in price, to only be told twice that the managers are focusing on customers that are actually in the dealership.
