I recommend Southtowne Chevrolet service department to anyone. I normally see Jason when I arrive but other service writers (Larry, Paul, and Tim) have always been there for help in case Jason was off. The waiting area is very comfortable and everybody I ever had contact with was eager to make my trip a pleasant experience. I would go nowhere else.

Friendly service which is typically done in a reasonable amount of time. Coupons are sent out which helps keep the price reasonable as well.
Over all; the sales person (Corey) was very helpful in finding the car I was looking for. On the other hand there was a team member who approached me in the middle of my conversations with Corey that using old tricks in the book tried to induce me the fear of loosing the first car that I looked at to other customer, which btw was not well perceived from my side. I did not select the first car I looked at and I'm happy with the car I purchase.
