I called about a vehicle that they had advertised and I told them that it would be about a 40 minute drive and they assured me that the vehicle was going to be there. I had cash but as soon as I got there they told me someone was already looking at the vehicle for about 15mins prior to my arrival. wasted 2hrs of my time.

They are a stereotypical shady dealership that likes to play annoying pricing games. I will be taking my money to a different dealership that respects my time and money. I suggest you do the same.

My husband and I traveled over 100 miles to come trade my smaller suv in for a larger one. We arrived at the lot right when I had arranged to and it took the salesman over an hour to find the keys to the vehicle they knew I was coming up to test drive and buy that day. While we were waiting for the guy to find the keys, my husband started looking at the three trucks they had in between the dealership.
