Only had equinox for about 4 months has needed new Motor, catalytic converter, 02 sensors, and fuel pump. I don’t believe they even put a new motor in! It’s a 🍋 something new with it every week. Wanted to trade it in and offered me less than what they originally said cause they know it’s a POS! 100% DONT recommend southtowne 👎🏼

Recommended1st service on our new car. Paul took good care of us. Car was serviced, wash and return to us in a very timely manner.

They absolutely Suck. I bought a vehicle from them and have had nothing but problems with it. It's a 2017 GMC it's been in and out of the shop several times with No Solution. Their customer service employees are very Rude and Cocky. I don't recommend buying anything from Southtowne!
