Just waiting for... (Verified Renter) Just waiting for construction to be finished and having the YMCA members learn to park and be courteous to others in the parking garage. That and making sure the corner of the streets do not have people parked to cause getting out difficult.

The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is great and the location is unbeatable, but hopefully the move in process for everyone else will be better than it was for me and my roommate!
I did not... (Verified Renter) I did not realize how much the complex is still under construction until I moved in. It’s a great location and the complex will be beautiful but I am very surprised we have to pay rent in full when we aren’t even able to use anemities at all. Also, my mail sometimes isn’t delivered because there is no one in the office.
