Verified Renter Southtowne looks really nice, but we can't use the amenities and there is no real communication with management. The owners are just some distant LLC shell companies that don't care.

Just picked up the keys, can’t wait to move in and enjoy the downtown living and all of the great amenities Southtowne has to offer.
Great place to live. Walk to all of downtown and it’s getting better everyday. Woonerf is especially nice for walking dogs. When finished it will be very special.
