Verified Renter Southtowne looks really nice, but we can't use the amenities and there is no real communication with management. The owners are just some distant LLC shell companies that don't care.

Just waiting for... (Verified Renter) Just waiting for construction to be finished and having the YMCA members learn to park and be courteous to others in the parking garage. That and making sure the corner of the streets do not have people parked to cause getting out difficult.
