This community is absolutely beautiful. Great views of downtown from the roof top lounge. The pool is the perfect spot for relaxation. The staff is always friendly and helpful!
Our lights constantly flicker in the kitchen. We put in a work order to get this fixed back in June and are still waiting on it to get fixed. Not a huge issue, but an annoying problem to have. Especially after 4 months. Have followed up multiple times, but nobody seems to have an answer. Also put in a work order for the air filter to get replaced 3 times (each time the person had no record of it). After a week we just asked the maintenance man in person. He said he never got the work order, but he replaced it right away afte... read more
Top of the line customer service. You can tell the staff enjoys their work since other apartments near by have a high turn over work rate. Cory has a good sense of humor and addresses any issues fast. I been living here since June and its def the best spot in San Antonio to live. We have parties and events here because the Apartment itself tries to get us to interact with one another. Perfect place for single professional people to have a good time.
