As a resident, I love living at a place where I can enjoy going home too. The staff is awesome, and always helpful with making my experience wonderful.
1 month mark down on living here and Im absolutely loving it! Management is great and a fantastic attentive leasing staff, Jennifer is always there to help with any of my needs not to mention maintenance is the same day, will even respond to requests on Sundays! Wow! So far loving my new home!
Gorgeous community that is not properly managed by an indifferent front office staff. There are routine break-it's, there are constantly strangers/vagrants roaming the halls, in elevators, on the patio.... and even the pool, other tenants take dogs to rooftop patio to do their business, but there is no grass or soil, just exterior carpeting. I love my apt at Southtown Flats! Jennifer and all the other office staff have been so helpful with any issues I'd had. The area is is perfect to walk and grab coffee or run on the river. #southtownfalts
