Best place. Close to UAB. Just a cat walk.
They do not return calls and do not address maintenance issues. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I was without a ceiling in my bathroom for months after a major water leak from the apartment above me. I have not had a working lock on my back door for a week now and they fail to send someone out to correct the issue. I'm not sure whether it's gross negligence or incompetence. If I could give zero stars I would.
I lived here from 2014-2016 and loved every second of it. While I was sad to see a price increase to reflect the development of the area, my experience was extremely positive. Attached parking kept my car sheltered and safe; the provided washer and dryer always worked; maintenance was never more than 3 days away for even the least pressing of concerns, usually within hours if it was anything more.
