Great repair work, knowledgeable staff
I just took my mower to have the self propelled unit repaired. The fix it man came out and told me it was going to be a minimum of $300 and “no one cares about $300”. I care abt $300. I willl push that mower up a steep hill before I give that rude man $1. Bye! Ppl dont want to repair, they want to replace.
I purchased a Stihl PP800 telescoping pole saw on 23 Feb 2026 from SM. As usual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous service (IIRC, Alex, Dave?, like meeting friends at a restaurant). They demonstrated the PP800 features to me and other related accessories too. I have recommended SM to many over the years. Thanks
