When I signed my lease was told that power and water were included in my building. I thought it was odd they would say power so I asked them why power was included if they needed my information for the power bill. Both (Jonathan leasing consultant at the time who had double leg braces (was fired later on I was told) and Cole Osterholt the manager were staring me in the face telling me power would be covered but I still needed to take it out in my name. This company does not respond to maintenance requests and closes them without doing anything. They also refuse to take any actions to fix this issue even after having it brought to their attention. When our ac died this summer after a week of telling me someone would be over this afternoon they actually told me they have too many properties to maintain. Updated to add, for all those 5 star reviews, please see my photo of our pool.
