West Henderson Hospital 1155 Raiders Way Yesterday 8/25/25 in the emergency room /Raiders Way two patients only in the ER. . I am 75 and suffering with severe hip and back pain unable to walk. I also have 6 stents and an Aortic Aneurysm. The first thing I notice the whiteboard was dated with the staff for 8/24 with Dr. Chang as the physician. Great hospital and staff. Dr Shores and Teice are two people I want to highlight in this review. I went from inpatient to the rehab program and then after 8 days I went to the out patient program. I tell you what these two people saved my life and Teice took care of everything after DC, she even escorted me personally to IOP. thank you for saving me!

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding Wekiva Springs Behavioral Health Facility in connection with the treatment and discharge of my daughter, who was court-ordered to a ninety (90) day stay at the facility for dual diagnoses of mental health and substance use disorders. Contrary to the court’s order, Wekiva Springs discharged my daughter after only seventeen (17) days, reportedly on the basis that her insurance carrier, Cigna, authorized only that duration of coverage. I hate to give this 1 star since the experience was hilarious yet so disrespectful, but shout out to the receptionist who told me I was gross for having a high blood pressure, LOL. It was so bad I couldn't get mad but had 2 ask twice "Gross?" Moving right along, lets get to positive Paulina running the back desk who really lets you know how she feels about sick people, and i quote "Tell that guy to shut the F**k up!!" & "Im gonna f**cking lose my mind" LOL WOW! Many of the techs are on their cell phones. In 2023 they either stole or lost my stuff. Lots of addicts; if your not, they really don't help
The CEO (Craig Hilton) allows patients to attack nurses. No security, no safety, he simply does not care when his staff gets assaulted, unprovoked, by patients.
The staff at Kingwood Hospital is excellent! I love the treatment programs, and the team on Unit 500 is all exceptional and seems to really care about their patients. No one wants to be in a mental health facility, and I was no exception, but the entire staff got to know me and my supportive husband for the ten days that I was there voluntarily.
