Lived here for 2 years. Love it here and so sad to have to leave. Terry is great, and any issues we’ve had were dealt with professionally and quickly. Edit to add we’ve never seen any cockroaches or rats/mice.
Water is shut off for multiple hours AT LEAST twice per month. Cockroaches and rats all over the building. Not even close to worth the insane rent being charged for units in this building.
This building is a health hazard in multiple ways. The recent renovations are merely lipstick on a pig, where the mold issue has not been dealt with, they simply put new wallpaper and carpet over mold. Mice and cockroaches are a huge issue. Maintenance and the office staff are incompetent. Water is turned off 2-4 weekend a month.
Updated Review: The staff who work and live here are great. No problems with them. The building itself however has a huge problem with rats and cockroaches, for most of my tenancy the elevator did not work, and the newly renovated units are badly done with sloping countertops, not worth the outrageous rent the criminal owners are charging for this building.
Second elevator has not worked for well over two years, huge time waster for tenants. Even newly renovated units are infested with roaches.
