I lived in this apartment for about 2 years and it was a great place to live. I did not have any issues and the maintenance was really good. This is a good place to live in Downtown area at reasonable cost. The management was able to help me a lot when I had to vacate the unit and they are ready to hear and address your concerns. I would recommend this place.
I lived here for a year in a bachelor's apartment. I had very minimal to no issues. Management was willing to work with me if there were any issues/concerns I had. I dealt with mainly 2 of the maintenance guys who were always friendly and helpful. When I first moved in, there were quite a few problems with the laundry machines being broken, but halfway through the year I was there, they made laundry free.
