RecommendedI would recommend the Southpark Square Appartments for anyone with a LITTLE extra money in the bank! It really is a beautiful spot, and the amenities are not too shabby!
the staff, the atmosphere, it's a really good place, fun and exciting.
Great community of people and we are in the middle of the city . It’s great living here.
The front staff is very helpful, the neighbors are nice, and it's a great part of town. The only criticism I have is that the pool and jacuzzi have been closed since moving in. A suggestion I have is that the staff could organize building gatherings for holidays or special events to bring the community together.
I attended a party on the 40th floor. Lovely!

Absolutely LOVE where we live! Christina, Tess, Grace, and Ramona are all so wonderful! So much to enjoy about this neighborhood. We love taking our bikes to the duck park and exploring everything this side of Hillsboro has to offer. Oh and the maintenance guys are top notch! 😉
BEWARE!! RATS and MICE!!! Rats and mice are ALL over the complex! I see them all the time at night when I'm driving or go outside to take the dog out. Rats and mice ate every wire in my car engine just over one weekend when I left to go camping. My car, which was paid off, was completely totaled from the incident. When we contacted the apartment about it they refused to compensate us in any way, so now I'm left paying a $1,000 deductible to get the check from my insurance company AND having to buy a new car. We moved in 3 years ago. At first it was great. Now everything is damaged or broken. There has been zero upkeep of equipment and the property. The pool was leaking in the garage for months. Work out equipment is damaged, tiles by the pool are broken and have been for over a year. The heat lamps have not worked for 2 years. The pool chairs are ripped and so worn that you sit on metal.
