Contour 39 is a lovely community--dog friendly, safe, well maintained, nice units, and awesome staff! Contour 39 is adjacent to a big park, tennis courts, and a golf course. Maintenance requests are handled almost immediately. The pool, spa and gym are great. It's not inexpensive but worth the bit of extra cost for the convenience, care, space, and proximity to coffee shops, shopping, etc.

I've been at The Platform almost a year now, and I absolutely love it. Honestly, my favorite part about living here is the staff. They're always there to help with whatever you need and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy -\-\ especially Zach (he was newer when I first moved in, but he's always been there to greet everyone with a smile, track down a package, answer any questions, provide happy hour recommendations, and everything in-between -\-\ in the most on-point professional outfits I might add). I moved into Westlake Steps recently and love it! It’s a great location, nice units, dog friendly, and good amenities. The leasing staff is very friendly and one of the reasons I actually chose this apartment building over some of the others nearby. Cheri was friendly, patient, and welcoming when I was touring and helped me find the perfect unit! I’ve been here a few weeks now and the rest of the team has been extremely helpful as well.
1111 Wilshire is located in a high crime area and unfortunately for those of us who live here, the gate to the parking garage has been broken for well over a month now. My car, along with many others, was broken into and robbed while sitting on the 2nd level of the parking garage. I had over $1000 of personal belongings stolen from my car including a dash cam, tools, phone charges, etc. Wilshire is aware of this problem because I was not the only one whose car was broken into.
