RecommendedI loved my time at the Soleil -- I lived here for about 6 months recently and never had any issues. The office staff were WONDERFUL -- the community is quiet, nice, well maintained and always felt very safe to me. I would definitely live here again. Also the move out process was extremely easy, had a great experience with everything at The Soleil! :)
Absolute terrible place to live. They claim to be luxury but that is not the case at all. There is never any parking, they're way over priced, and there's no communication in the office. No one is on the same page there at all. Work on your communication with each other and quit charging people for unnecessary things. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be way better off across the street at Quatama. The manager is completely unprofessional and will not communicate with you after moving. We really enjoy living in this community. The maintenance is on point - they return our requests in a timely manner. The renovated clubhouse is awesome! They kept our rent increase to the minimum (hopefully it stay the same as we wish to renew the lease for at least another year for sure).
Do NOT move into this place. Here’s why: I moved here in August and it took maintenance 2 months to fix a leaking toilet and replace a bulb that was out the day I moved in. Around the time they got to fixing that, my dryer stopped working properly. I first reported the dryer in mid October. It is now mid January and my dryer STILL DOESNT WORK. Great location. Nicely updated unit. Maintenance is quick to respond. Cleaning ladies are super hard working. But, taking entirely too long for pool and hot tub to re-open.
Having access to this building is amazing. The “wine room” is so beautiful and a really great place to take friends to hang out and enjoy the view.
When we moved in, we had come from a place with the same management company, but they didn’t take care of us the way rowlock has. On our first night in our last apartment, someone broke in and slept there. The response from the office there? “Well we changed the locks and nothing stolen” after six months of that we moved into rowlock, the secure building, with the people at the office knowing me and my boyfriend by name, knowing our dog by name.
