D*** ****** presented 35 year great company, good ethics. Sold me defective Lennox 11/22 for $12K, said not his fault. But he IS responsible. Barely used in winter. Contacted them 1/2, house wouldn’t warm up well and air blow in bedroom weak. Summer,temperature won’t go below 86, higher in bedroom, air flow weak. Tried to reach him, didn’t hear for a few days.Technician changed compressor,said problem with air flow is b/c of bedroom location. After 2 days house in low 90’s. S***** called me back since I had submitted a call online. She then told me their fee, $225.00. I said that was too high for me to approve and that I would need to speak with a manager before I could say yes. She told me to hold on and she came back and said “we’ll waive the fee this one time” and I said ok! let’s do it! she had the tech scheduled to come out between 9-11 am, the tech showed up at 8:00 am. Bryan was by far the most courteous and gentlemanly service technician we ever had in our home. He was thorough and did a complete analiyis of our cooling system and explained every aspect of it's operation.
