5 Stars! I had this company come out and give us a estimate. The windows were a little more than we expected,things have become more expensive then the last time I replaced my windows. I thought I wasn't going to find someone to replace two windows after all the calls I made, but they gave me different payment options, and I ended getting to replace a few of my windows at a time with the same discount, and I saved a few hundred based off the other estimates I received other then Southland,

Thanks for leaving my house like I left it... Clean! I had windows and a entry door put in. I live further upstate half the year. I had a buddy of mine let the Southland crew in so I could have my installation done. Anyhow... I know construction can be messy and when I got to my Fl home everything was like I left it. I expected some sort of mess but the guys cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with my purchase and feel I got my hard earned dollars worth, and its been worth every penny, - Dave

We will recommend you There isn't some fancy story here but I would like to say Southland did a great job on our house in Naples. We had all of our sliding glass doors replaced with Pgt, I'm happy with the product too. The door glides so easily now and I used to have to really tug on the door to get it to slide. Its nice not to have to put candle wax on my track to get the darn door to move. And my should and arm feels better too!

Renovation Work Done Feb 2012 I was looking to remodel my lanai/patio. The original builder designed the patio to have a semi-screened ceiling with a false ceiling under that and the rain would travel down the false ceiling into a super gutter. That is a gutter that is installed "inside" the patio. After 25 years there were many attempts to stop the leaking as well as the mold. Quality windows I needed impact windows to protect my home from the elements, for safety, and to aid in noise reduction. I got what I wanted, and it was done timely! I am so happy with my windows. They are beautiful and so easy to clean. I highly recommend!

REALLY! called to get them to come repair glass door at commercial building. I was told to get handyman, they don't take care of small jobs. Had handyman look at the door he said call glass door repair company. Wow you would never know people need work. you would think they would at least come out and look.
