Thanks So Much I appreciate the excellent job done by mike who you sent here to do the job, your scheduling me early because of the house inspection, as well as the excellent work of your office manager. She called me last fall to see if I needed any work and I told her to call me in the beginning of January. Because she stayed on top of that, she called promptly on my return here and the work was efficiently completed . I had new entry double doors installed in my home. Thanks so much- Dana Christensen

They Look Fantastic! All aspects of my interaction with Southland Exteriors has been pleasant. Michael Mendoza was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. Thank you Someone broke into my home some time ago. The intruder smashed two of my back windows and I needed new windows immediately. Ron over at Southland Exteriors listened to what happened, and had two windows from another job that apparently had been misordered but fit what i needed. He gave the windows to me free of charge. Not to give the wrong impression I'm sure the company doesn't go giving away windows for free otherwise they wouldn't be in business haha but this this company helped a person down on her luck. Will use Southland Exteriors Again I purchased Viwintech windows and doors from Southland. They work great. We didnt replace all of the windows and doors. Just the dining room Sliding door and living room windows. We will be returning to this company for future work because the product is quality and the company is excellent overall. Thanks to all your staff for being helpful and professional.

Great Customer Service I just want to say that through the entire process of having our new front door installed, we were made to feel like our job was important , like we were important to the company. It's refreshing to know that customer service still exists in the Sun Shine State. Oh, and did I mention that Southland had every door imaginable to choose from? Great windows! Would recommend to everyone!!! We bought Simonton Stormbreaker windows for our home, and we love them! We have had no issues whatsoever! They have been easy to clean . I like that now that were getting cooler weather I can open up my windows easily and leave them open. - Patrice

Very professional firm. by Joe M. We found the complete team of Southland Exterior to be extremely professional and easy to work with, they changed all our builder grade single pane windows to Simonton Stonebreaker Plus vinyl DH Impact glass. The installing team of Jerry and Brandon treated our home just like there own, cleaned up upon completion..... you would never even know they were there...... fantastic company .... job well done, thank you.
