Exterior Garage Door My Provia door was installed & looked great. In Florida we have dry rot problems. After about 14 months the bottom corner of the door developed a small dry rot spot, on the inside corner. The representative from Provia saw this and had a new door shipped to Southland, within two weeks. South land installed the new door within 10 days. They again did an outstanding job of installation. The lifetime warranty is invaluable, in my oplnlon. Defects or humidity can cause problems, even with the best doors.
