0 Star : My Experience The body shop manager and Secretary have horrible customer service. The paint touch up on my car was amazing. Looks brand New again! Sean waived my deductible so ultimately I was satisfied. The body shop manager and secretary just need to learn how to have better customer service and answer the phone when people call.

I actually had to call at least 3 times. Not sure why, but this is MY car and they put it under my husban'd name at the dealership. Don't seem to be very smart.
