0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Repairs were not done correctly. First time I went to pick up the vehicle the repairs were not completed. When I went to pickup my vehicle the second time the repairs were still not completed correctly and the bumper/ wheel well retainer clips were either missing completely or the wrong size. I was told that all of these issues were fixed. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Manager originally stated both windshield wipers would be replaced and only one was replaced. The new replacement wiper is to big and goes off the glass when extended. 5 Star : My Experience I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was done on my 2013 Fusion. The body work people and painters really showed there craftsmanship and attention to detail. They did a great job blending the new pearl white paint with the older, original pearl white paint. My insurance company, State Farm, recommended Southgate Lincoln Dealer for this work.
