I was referred to Katie J. from a mutual friend. She is such an amazing person and helped me get the truck my family has been wanting for so long. Within 1 day I had the keys to my brand new F150! Nice and friendly. I had to make any appointment to take my tire in for a replacement, and in that same week, I got my tire replaced. I also take my vehicle here to get an my oil changed and tires rotated. I will be back to lease a new vehicle from Southgate Ford next year in October with Michelle Havekost!

Great service. Never had a problem with their service center over the years. Rob Shoults was our sales person and took care of me with our recent lease. Rob was very helpful through the process. He went the extra mile during the Covid virus by calling me from his home to keep me updated on our delivery. I would recommend Rob to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle from Southgate Ford.

Today I bought a new Ford Escape with the help of Jamie Miller. She’s an absolute gem! This was my first time buying a car and she was very helpful throughout the entire process on top of being very sweet to me and my grandpa. She even came to the car to show me all the cool features which was super helpful as this car is a huge upgrade for me.
