My father retired from Ford Motor co, worked there for over 30 years before retiring. He was so proud of working for Ford no company. He passed away in June 2020. Of Covid. He bought/leased almost ever car, mine & my mom’s car from this dealership . When I went to turn car in ( my mother was in hospital with Covid at time). I had absolutely no support or way home from dealership. Debbie ( the salesperson) told me ‘it’s your responsibility to find a ride, not ours’. Jamie Miller Rocks! I amost didn't go back to Southgate as I didn't like my previous salesperson. Well Jamie changed that! She is so pleasant. Very helpful. Explains everything and makes the process so easy. I did my credit app at 11am and by 430 I was in my new truck. I was less than an hour picking up. I didnt spend hours in the dealership. Told her what I wanted and she made it happen! I will be a lifetime customer of Jamie's. do yourself a favor. Go see her for all your car buying/leasing needs!
