Let me start by saying that car shopping has never been one of life's joys to me. But I have to admit that our experience at Lia Hyundai was quite pleasurable. My car was making a strange noise under the bonnet. I took it to Lia to have them check it out. I was informed by Dave Beiden that it was not one of the belts that were causing the noise, but that the engine needed to be replaced. He rang several days later and said my car was still under warranty and it would be replaced at no charge. Over $4,000 I saved. It runs super now. Thanks, Dave!
On my most recent visit to LIA Hyundai in Enfield, I was serviced by a trainee. Although he was new, he did everything perfectly. Had the computer system not been malfunctioning it would have been an absolutely seamless visit. Michael Lockard was courteous, attentive and competent. WARNING! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Buying car from Superior Hyundai of Beavercreek Be prepared to walk when they suddenly add to an already agreed upon final price negotiated based upon information on their website for items NOT DISCLOSED! The Sales Manager Tony, Sales Consultant David and apparently the Dealership thinks it is acceptable to NOT DISCLOSE the non-Hyundai "Dealer Added" options/accessories/equipment online as nowhere on the website does it show or make reference to them or their cost. As always my cars service was done exceptionally well, I dealt with Frank Goergan who was pleasant and professional. I have dealt with Lia for many years, my last three vehicles, and have come to expect excellent service. I am never disappointed!
I was really worried about this clunking noise my car was making so I brought it in to the shop. David Bedian called me ASAP when he knew what was wrong and also to let me know when it pick it up again. Great experience.
