If I could give this place zero stars I would and most definitely Chris. I had my 2013 Sonata towed to them August 5, because my engine had seized. Because there was a recall on it I was told it would take a week and a half to get the new engine and then another week and a half to have the new engine put in. I never got updates from Chris. Then when I would call I would get hung up on after being on hold for ten minutes. Do not ever go here for service! They have the worst customer service I have ever received!
I’ve crossed the point of frustration with this company. Poor corporate procedures on solving customer issues and even worst communication channels available. My case is open since June 19th without a proper feedback and timeline on when my problem will be solved. My Hyundai Ionic SEL 2019has presented braking noise ( grinding noise ) while decelerating from 50 mph to complete stop. I have not had a good experience with the Service Department at all. They've had my 2018 Santa Fe since 5/2/20. I've been without a car for 8 weeks. I was approved for a loaner car but was advised they didn't have one to loan me and in the mean time I could go to a rental car place and pick up a rental car but I would have to be reimbursed after service was completed. I’m actually here right now writing this...very good customer service with car servicing for repairs. Very knowledgeable and explain things very well for what was up with my car. Finally found the issue with what was going on with my car speedometer. Well done and I will be back for repairs and if I ever purchase another Hyundai, I will get it from here. Highly recommend.
2 weeks ago they gave me a quote to fix my 2016 Sonata. They said I needed a new ignition coil and total charge was going to be almost $300 (that's with the "shop fee" not referenced on this paperwork). Since I also discovered the car was out of bumper to bumper warranty on this visit, I chose to take it elsewhere instead. Turns out an $8 spark plug fixed my issue. #8DollarSparkPlug

This is THE place to buy your next vehicle! Rick Lynch is an amazing salesman. He's upfront, honest and doesn't BS you. The dealership as a whole was amazing. Every person there smiles and greets you, not because they are trying to get a sale but because they genuinely care about their customers. Great group of people for sure. 5 star service!
