Outstanding – I had the absolute pleasure of working with a service advisor in the nissan dept. by the name of Colin Spark. Colin made my "bad" car situation very "good" for me. My car was brought to nissan from another dealership to have the transmission replaced. The only communication I had with the dealership that I purchased my car from is to tell me what was wrong. easiest car buying experience – Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Usually buying a new car is not a lot of fun, but the guys at Southern States made it enjoyable. Would definetly reccommend this dealership to friends and family.
Very Hospitable – I really appreciated the experience. Typically I HATE buying cars due to the excessive amount of lying and over pricing, but this time was much better and your group did a great job of being up front, offering a great price, and were very hospitable. Having great product to sell doesn't hurt either.
Absolutely Excellent – Absolutely excellent. I have been a Nissan customer since 1998 and twice at the Southern States Dealership in Raleigh. Staff if professional, accommodating and my transactions completed timely. I have recommended this dealership in the past and again after this purchase. Great job by Shoa Afework and staff!
No Pressure – We are so excited about our new Maxima. Everyone at Southern States (both Nissan and Hyundai) were nice and friendly.
