Frank Goergen is an excellent Assistant Service Manager. During this pandamic ive been struggling financially and Frank helped and got the best deals and prices for me. Which i tremendously appreciate!!! He is professional, honest, caring. knowledgeable and down to earth. He is easily approachable and an a great assest to Lia Hyundai. Frank in my opinion, is a promise keeper. He does what he says he will do. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I brought in my car for an oil change. Working with Frank Goergen I found the process to be easy and efficient from start to finish. In addition, I expressed a concern I had to Frank regarding some noise my engine makes when I first start it. He had it checked out for me and though they could not find a problem at this time Frank made sure to document the concern in my work history for future reference in the event it did become a major problem. I leased my 2020 Kona from Lia in May and I have to say that there is not a better place to do business. Though this time was just some maintenance, I cannot express my gratitude to Brian Secord and the team at Lia. I always go and get my oil change at this location even though itâ??s about an hour away, and since Hyundai pays for my oil changes and rotations, Brian recommended I go for every 3,000 miles so that they can perform the multi-point inspection more often, plus it helps the longevity of a turbo engine. I went to Lia Hyundai in Albany on Friday October 2, to have service for my Sante Fe. Mike Carpenter was the man in the service department that took care of me. He was very personable right up front. He was very comprehensive and did not make me feel pressured at all. He treated with respect and when I go in for service again I hope he is the one that takes care of me.

I had completely lost my engine so I had the vehicle towed to Lia Hyundai. RThinking the car was done I started thinking how to replace it. Then Brian Secord from Lia called and said the engine was covered by the warranty. And it had over 80,000 miles on it. I was more than surprised. I have it back now and it runs great.

I had an appointment to get my car inspected. Brian Secord was great. With the worries of the pandemic I wasnt sure how things would be handled. He was thoughtful & took care of everything so professionally. He's taken care of many other appointments for me in the past & I never have anything but good things to say about him. Nice to be able to feel comfortable with a dealership.

High pressure sales. Deceptive sales. Was sold a car ABOVE MSRP! I tolerated the pressure, and they played me anyway! I like the car and believed it was worth $30,000, but actual price I found later was about $23,000. They said the protection plans were free, but they weren't.

I was in for a 5000 mile service. I was checked in promptly and courteously by my associate, Matthew Vangelder. Fortunately, he noted that the snow tires (which I had had put on a couple of months ago) needed balancing, which would save uneven wear...good catch! I was out with everything done in around an hour and a half. Prompt, friendly, and knowledgable service, as always, at Lia Hyundai. Thank you, Lia, and Matt.
