My overall experience was really great as it has been in the past. I have been dealing with Nissan for several yrs and have never had a bad experience. My salesman is Shoa. He was fantastic. This is the second vehicle I have leased from him.
A Friendly Atmosphere – We would rate our experience with Nissan as excellent thus far. It was a friendly atmosphere, and very accommodating with trying to provide us with the vechicle of our choice. Our sales person and financial person were pleasant and helpful.
Pleasant – My initial experience with Southern States was pleasant. The staff worked with me to be able to purchase the vehicle I wanted.
Great Car Buying Experience! – I just bought a car from Al Smith under invoice and they found me a great interest rate (about 1.5% less than their competition in Cary offered). Al Smith didn't treat me like an idiot, lie to me/ omit information about the interest rate for which I qualified or hound me (like their competition did). There were no boiler room pressure tactics and they didn't call me 50 times at work, chewing gum in my ear (like their competition did). The service was great.
