Dr. Rowe is excellent, very professional, and helpful! Even before our first appointment Dr. Rowe made himself available to answer any questions and concerns we had. At the first appointment we were very nervous and he made us feel much more comfortable by, again, answering all of our questions and giving us lots of information! Dr. Rowe was WONDERFUL today for my 8 week old son's lip/tongue tie revision! He is very professional and thoroughly explains before/during/and after the procedure and gives ample time for any questions and concerns! I was even able/encouraged to nurse my son immediately after the procedure and never once felt rushed despite it being a Friday afternoon when most are ready to go home!! We can't say enough good things about Dr. Rowe! He takes the time to really talk to his patients and has the absolute best follow up care! We drove from Greenville with our little one to have his tongue tie and lip tie revised and would do it all again- he's worth the drive!
Dr. Rowe is one of the most genuine doctors I have ever seen. He talked with us with empathy and understanding before having our 4 week old's tongue and lip tie revised. He held Bryce so gently, took time to swaddle him, and one of the nurses, Cindy, calmly talked to Bryce during the revision. Dr. Rowe then called us that evening (after 8pm!) and offered 24/7 text or face-time. The Southern Roots team is world class. Thank you for your impact in our family's life!
