I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Rowe and his staff. We traveled from 3 hours away to have our son’s frenectomy. He and his staff were warm, loving and patient with my son and did everything possible to make sure he received the best care possible. They were very accommodating. My husband and I are very thankful for Dr. Rowe and his staff. When our son was having nursing issues because of his lip/tongue tie, my friend recommended he have it taken care of by Dr. Rowe even though his office was over 2 hours away (he worked on her son's lip/tongue tie issue with great results). Dr. Rowe is so much more than a laser frenectomy provider. He is an amazing provider, treating the whole family, not just the child. Dr. Rowe and his staff treat everyone like family. He is a skilled practitioner who is very knowledgeable and he works very hard to provide exemplary care to to everyone who walks through his doors. Dr Rowe is incredibly knowledgeable about tongue and lip ties and the appropriate treatment, and he's constantly seeking out more ways to educate himself in this area. He also really cares about his patients and their families. He saw us on his day off to assess and treat my son's ties, and because of the successful treatment, our breastfeeding relationship has been salvaged. Dr. Matt and his staff are amazing! I appreciate the professionalism and genuine concern for all of their patients. It was probably one of the best experiences (pre/post procedure) I have encountered with my son as it relates to his dental/oral care.
