I’ve had 2 CX-9 vehicles Because I love Mazda and was actually at the Mazda dealership last Saturday to buy a new cx9.. the sales guy Ricardo was great, even the sales managers were great but Wade the GM of the dealership in the Southern Palms location was a complete dick. Very unprofessional and cocky.. I ended up walking out and will take my business elsewhere. The Service department is amazing and I definitely recommend them. In fact, they are so good that I drive up from Boca to get my vehicle serviced here. Luis Parra is the man! Professional, honest and extremely efficient. I was constantly updated regarding the repair and shuttle ride schedules and that made me feel like they truly value their customers. That is exactly how you build loyalty with your customers in an environment where there are innumerable options to get your car serviced. Keep up the great work!

ABSOLUTE WORST MAZDA DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF FLORIDA. The Managers here have no clue what they are doing, they call and promise you one thing and when you come in it's something completely separate. I even had price quotes in writing from another dealership and the manager had the nerve to tell me if i went to the other dealership i would be scammed LOL Well i guess finally getting the two cars i wanted, for the price i wanted was getting scammed lol DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO DIRECTLY TO GRIECO MAZDA DELRAY AND ASK FOR MOE!... read more
