After being a Mazda owner for 14 years and 8 cars between my husband and I this was the worst experience we have had. First we were under the impression our down payment included our first payment as it always did in the past and then after we gave the down payment we were told we needed to give them another check. The way the sales person David handled himself and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and handled himself in a way that made you feel you were doing the right thing when buying my car. I would give David a 15+++ Buying cars can sometimes be a nightmare but not at Mazda.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE I FEEL LIKE I AM LIVING. I feel like I have made one of the biggest mistakes in my lifetime coming to this location. For the past month I've been dealing with so much stress from here.
