I like the friendly staff and their updated waiting area when you have your car getting serviced. Alex was very thorough explaining the service charges and was also informative on the additional services needed to keep my car running longer in good condition. I recommend their car service department they do a good job, been going for a few years.

Please save the headache I will not take my car back to southern palms Mazda. I will never deal with Joe in service he is rude and just not truthful. He told me that my car was out of warranty and I had to pay for a diagnostics of $149 because my car still has warranty. They have lost my business I will never return to this dealership again. I will take my business somewhere else.

My sister recently made her 1st big purchase at this dealership. She bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot that she loved! Josh our sales guy was awesome. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything. Here we are 3 weeks later and the vehicle is now ratting when driving and the back window was rolled down for the first time only to find out it won’t go back up.
