I finally made in there a couple of weeks ago, picked up a 5lb grain finished, trimmed brisket. The brisket was awesome, the flavor of the meat was far superior to grocery store meat counters, first brisket I have done where the meat would literally fall apart after slicing!! I will definitely go there for my brisket needs, next up will have to be some rib-eyes i think.
The meat is excellent quality, well cut. They have a butcher shop that meet the needs of the cook. Thank you for being in our region. Cheryl
